To give you some information in terms of the duration, it is expected that to enable the full potential of a successful outcome that a 5-6 month treatment is best. This is mainly dependent on your health and the degree to which the herpes cells have replicated. There are two distinct forms the herpes virus takes; one being a latent infection where it does not replicate aggressively from the neural ganglia and there are no noticeable symptoms. For this level of infection the 4 months may be adequate.
The other HSV form is a productive or reproductive infection in which it does spread and replicate quite extensively, causing more pronounced and prevalent symptoms. For the more serious infection where the symptoms are more visible and frequent a full 6 months’ timeframe is recommended. So in most cases we do recommend the 5-6 month package as the best option.
The directions for the treatment are as follows: 1 capsule daily from each bottle (5 bottles). We suggest taking all 5 capsules in the morning with food as this aids with digestion. If you take the Rhodiola, Tribulus and Astragalus at night it may interfere with your sleep. You can take 3 of the ingredients being Rhodiola, Tribulus and Astragalus in the morning with food and the Amino Acid Formula and Lysine at night if that’s easier.
